Ivon Foster, PhD . . .
Anna Dorrycott earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at South West Texas State University. Anna has over 20 years experience in training. As a Multimedia Specialist, she works with faculty and other AIS staff to produce computer based educational materials, including web-based courses. . . .
Ida Garcia has been a member of the HSC staff for over 20 years. In previous years, she managed the Testing Center and coordinated the UTHSCSA course evaluation system. Currently, Ida consults with faculty and staff on web-based course development. She is a member of theOnline Teaching and Learning Team that is responsible for the design and development of web-based instruction. Ida received BA in English and Communication Arts from St. Mary's University and received a Master's in Educational Technology from the University of Texas at Brownsville. . . .
Diana Gonzalez is the Computer Support Specialist and HelpDesk Coordinator for CMS. She has worked in the administrative and computer field for more than ten years. The majority of her experience was with the federal government including the Department of Treasury (IRS) in Washington, D.C. In the capacity of Administrative Assistant, Diana worked directly under the Assistant Commissioner's Office of the IRS as part of the Tax Systems Modernization efforts during the Clinton Administration. She enhanced her Help Desk skills by attending school at Computers Made Simple Technical School and received her A+ Certification in Computer Skills. Diana also conducts one-on-one training for faculty and staff in Blackboard. . . .
Aggie Manwell-Jackson, PhD, has been a member of the faculty since 1987, Dr. Manwell-Jackson has more than thirty-year history in academic and industrial dental research, dental and dental hygiene education, and institutional and community service. She completed a PhD in Educational Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University with a focus on evaluation of distance education learning objects. Dr. Manwell-Jackson has guided the development and evaluation of web-based courses at the Health Science Center. Additionally, she conducts faculty development workshops and student courseware training, and offers design consultation to interested faculty. . . .
John Schoolfield provides statistical consulting and programming for faculty, residents, and students conducting research. He is also the primary technical support representative for SAS and SPSS statistical software at the Health Science Center. He earned a MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Systems Design with a specialty in Statistics from The University of Texas at San Antonio. . . . Elizabeth Toth Elizabeth Toth is responsible for administration duties with Blackboard.
