Audiovisual Support Service Request Form
Teaching Support Services - Audiovisual Equipment Support
Audiovisual Equipment Support Services provides audiovisual equipment, repair, delivery and operation support. The division functions as the centralized resource center for audiovisual equipment to meet the needs of faculty, administration and students through the following services:
Audiocassette Duplication & Recording
The office stocks audio recording tapes and accessories for sale to
departments.
Audiovisual Equipment Maintenance
Personnel are available for repair and maintenance of departmental
audiovisual equipment on a fee basis.
Audiovisual Support for Conferences
Manpower and equipment are available for both on-campus and off-campus
conferences. Equipment available includes film and 35 mm slide and
overhead projectors, screens, laptop computers, LCD data projectors,
television monitors and video cassette players, table and lapel
microphones, podiums, lecterns and other items as needed.
Classroom Equipment Checks
Personnel from the AV Operations Office check and maintain classroom
equipment on a regular basis. Equipment should not be moved from one
classroom to another. Call the office for assistance with problems or to
obtain additional equipment.
Equipment Operator Services
Trained personnel are available to assist with operating any audiovisual
equipment available at the university.
Equipment Pick Up and Delivery
Personnel in the AV Operations Office are available to deliver and pick
up all audiovisual equipment as needed at both on-campus and off-campus
locations. Advance scheduling is appreciated.
