The Pathology Core provides investigators with comprehensive, extensive pathological analyses of established and new rodent models used in aging research.

Core services include:

• Conduct pathological analyses of animals from survival studies
   
• Conduct cross-sectional pathological analyses of transgenic rodents and littermates
   
• Develop a database of histopathologic findings
   
• Develop a tissue bank
   
• Educate faculty and students of the value of pathological analysis in the study of senescent animals
