The mission of Business Affairs Operations is to support the Health Science Center in achieving its mission in teaching, research, patient care and service through the following functions:
- Oversight over the financial operations including accounting, payroll, treasury management, student accounting, purchasing, HUB, general services and auxiliary enterprises.
- Development and monitoring of financial and operational policies.
- Certification of the financial reports.
- Negotiation and administration of institutional service and performance contracts.
- Production of various financial management reports.
- Serving as a financial information resource for various governmental offices.
