Vending Services Vending Services provides an assortment of food and drinks at competitive prices in numerous vending machines. Refunds are available when a vending machine malfunctions. Call 210-567-5960 and give the location of the machine and name of the product you did not receive. You may receive the refund at these locations: General Services, Medical School, Room 113E Bursar’s Office, Medical School, Room 301L The current vending contract is with L.C. Vending Company. They provide food vending services on campus and remote locations for faculty, staff, and students of the Health Science Center. San Antonio Coca-Cola Bottling Company provides the drink vending services on campus and remote locations for faculty, staff and students of the Health Science Center. Selection of the Health Science Center's vending services contractor is handled through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process. As the RFP development, bid evaluation and contractor selection processes occur, meaningful input from student patrons is solicited. The current contract with L.C. Vending Company and San Antonio Coca-Cola Bottling Company extends through Aug. 31, 2009. In addition to participation in the vending contractor selection/renewal process, student and other patrons’ input is also solicited during the term of the contract. This input is provided in the form of periodic customer satisfaction surveys and periodic meetings with student and other patrons to discuss vending contractor performance.
