In order for our office to keep vendors notified of any changes to a particular Request, we must have contact information. This information is for office use only and is maintained only in reference to a particular ZRequest for Bid or Request for Proposal. Thus, you must enter contact information for EACH bid/proposal for which you would like to be notified. If you wish to be notified of changes to this document, please 'Register' with us, by sending an email with your company's full contact information, and the Request for Bid or Proposal Number, to PurchAdmin@uthscsa.edu.
