Direct Bill Hotels

If your department does not have a sub-account with your desired property, please contact Travel Services to use the campus-wide account after the guest's reservation has been made. 

Email TravelAdmin@uthscsa.edu with the following information to confirm direct billing:
         - Guest Name
         - Hotel Name
         - Date(s) of Stay
         - Reservation Number
     
Direct bill sub-account form - available for a select few direct bill hotels, and for departments with sufficient volume. Contact Travel Services for more information, 210-562-6216. Please remember that UTHSCSA employees cannot have their lodging direct billed.
