Hotel Direct Bill Sub-account Application

For the hotels listed below, the Health Science Center has a direct bill account. Each department with a sufficient volume can have their own sub-account where they can book reservations that will be billed directly from the hotel, and they will receive their invoices directly from each hotel. Contact Travel Services (562-6216) to ensure you have enough volume to warrant a sub-account.
