Charge: The Presidential Clinical Excellence Award Committee was established to solicit and collect letters of support from faculty, staff and patients, and/or appropriate administrators, from a list of names provided by the award nominee; then to review all letters of nomination and make not more than three recommendations to the President for the annual award.
