Charge: To select faculty for the Presidential Distinguished Junior Research Scholar Award - an effort to recognize extraordinary junior investigators at the Health Science Center. Nominees should be faculty who began their independent research careers within the past five years. Nominations will be accepted from deans and departmental chairs and are limited to one per department. There is a $2,500 honorarium with the award.
