INSTITUTIONAL COMPLIANCE PROGRAMThe University's Institutional Compliance Program is intended to demonstrate, in the clearest possible terms, the absolute commitment of the University to the highest standards of ethics and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and policies.
With the Institutional Compliance Program, the University will promote compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements; foster and help ensure ethical conduct; and, provide education, training, and guidance to all faculty and staff. The Program is designed to prevent accidental or intentional noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations; to detect such noncompliance, if it occurs; to discipline those involved in non-compliant behavior; and, to prevent future noncompliance.
The Compliance Officer, with the aid of the Compliance Committee, is responsible for implementing and monitoring a continuous and proactive compliance function for the University.
