The Document Review System is a web-based application that allows authorized users to submit and approve documents in the course of business at the Health Science Center. At present, DRS allows approved access to the time collection and leave accounting reports for employees.

When logging into the Document Review System, you will need to prefix your username with the following: uthscsa\ Be sure to use the backslash key located above the Enter key, not your forward slash key.
Some individuals may have an added field named "Domain". If your login screen has a "Domain" field, leave it blank. This enhancement is an added safety feature to help protect our domain. Included below is an example of how the panel should appear.

DCATS, a part of the Integrated Management Information Systems Department, offers a class on an as-needed basis. This can also be a self-taught class depending on the user's level of computer knowledge or skills. This class introduces users to DRS, and also teaches users how to use two web-based applications to track and report time and leave. Call DCATS if one-on-one training is needed for a new employee.

Time Collection/Leave Accounting/Position Create/Modify Guide - (PDF) Document used to assist users with Leave Accounting, Time Collection and the Position Create/Modify form. This guide covers the recording of vacation, personal and sick leave hours in Leave Accounting and it covers entering hours for hourly employees in Time Collection. Also addressed in this guide is the PAU (Position Create/Modify) form used to create a new position or change the attributes on a current position.
