The Data Warehouse is a set of special databases that contain institutional and departmental data from property inventory to financial transactions. Crystal Enterprise/Crystal Reports is a web-based software that allows the user to schedule and view pre-defined reports using data housed in these databases. This allows departmental users to have timely and direct access to the information for their department.

DCATS, a part of Information Management - Client Support Services Department, offers a 2-hour class that teaches how to schedule and view pre-defined reports using Crystal Enterprise. Please visit The Knowledge Centre, and enroll in the course titled "DCATS Data Warehousing". The departmental ACE will be required to complete a P.S.A.R. form to request access for the new user. If a new Data Warehouse license needs to be purchased, a CRSRF will also need to be completed and a one-time fee of $250.00/per license will be billed to the department. 

The actual time it takes to complete the class varies depending on the number of participants, questions, and familiarity of participants with computers and the system.
