The departmental Space Management System (SMS) was created to assist with the SMS annual space review process. This process was formerly a manual annual process but has now been automated. The goal is to empower the HSC departments to conduct their space allocation review online. These enhancements will facilitate the entire facilities inventory process with timely data and augment the existing space data reporting system. In the training guide, you will find the activities and steps of SMS described in detail. For questions pertaining to the rules and regulations on Space Management, please contact Linda Styles at #567-2024. For questions pertaining to the mechanics of entering the information online, please contact the DCATS office at #567-0180. The next SMS Training will be held on January 9th, 2007!
