Public Communication Skills Course INTD 4103 Senior Didactics Page 1 of 3 Course Director: Martha A. Medrano, MD, MPH Medical Hispanic Center of Excellence (210) 567-0963 Introduction: The Public Communication Skills Course consists of three seminars that will provide the student with communication skills to conducting radio and television interviews; public presentations and effectively disseminate information in medical offices, clinics and health fairs. Each seminar is described below. Goal: To introduce fourth year medical students to the principles of conducting public interviews, presentations and effectively disseminating information to the communities they will serve.
