Faculty Development
Resident Mentorship Program
The MHCOE will match graduate student/resident
members who are interested in academic careers with a Hispanic Faculty
Association faculty mentor. Residents will also be provided
information on locating and negotiating an academic position. They
will also be given information on foundation, state and federal
opportunities for grants and faculty development programs.
