Getting Started >> Create an Application

  1. From the web browser, go to www.uthscsajobs.com.
  2. If you have never applied online with our system, click on “Create Application.” Please read the information carefully. You will be asked to set up a password retrieval question in the event that you can not recall your password, the system will reset your password to your user name.
    • If you have applied with the Health Science Center previously under another name, have forgotten your username and/or password; contact Human Resources at (210) 567-2600 during regular business hours for assistance.
  3. You will go through a series of screens on voluntary demographic and conviction history information about yourself.
  4. On page 1, you will provide your personal information. Following your personal information, you will encounter the first part of education information on page 2.
  5. On page 3, provide all education information.  
  6. On page 4, provide employment information.  Please complete this section in its entirety.  Following page 5, you can provide additional information.
  7. Please proceed through in order to complete the process by certifying and saving your application (Suggestion: Review your application to make sure it is complete and accurate).
  8. When you are done, click on the Logout link on the left hand side of the page.
