Hiring Process >> What to Expect

The Office of Human Resources is not readily involved in the interviewing process with hiring departments; therefore, we are providing information on the hiring process for UT Health Science Center San Antonio:

• It can take anywhere from 3-5 business days for an application to be received and reviewed by Human Resources. (Time frame may vary)

• To check the status of your submitted application, login to www.uthscsajobs.com under your account with the Username and password you created.

• Interview: A representative from the hiring Department will contact you directly should they be interested in discussing the position, your qualifications, or scheduling an interview.

• The official job offer will come from a Recruiter in Human Resources once a selection is made by the hiring department.
