OHR 2007-021 - May Work and Family Life Employee Newsletter

The May 2007 issue of Work and Family Life is particularly interesting.  One article which you might find to be of particular importance is about beliefs.  Entitled “Why not tell everyone at work what you really think”, this article provides some practical advice for employees about refraining from bringing personal beliefs to work.  Beliefs tend to trigger strong emotions in ourselves and others and we all need to be mindful about sharing too much with our co-workers.
