OHR 2008-004 - OHR Business Process Toolkits and New Forms

The Office of Human Resources (OHR) has developed business process toolkits to assist departmental users.  HCM Business Process Workflows are available at: http://www.uthscsa.edu/hr/toolkits.htm

There have been some changes in forms.  Please continue to process the Selection of Candidate through the On-Line Employment System:  http://www.uthscsa.edu/hr/online_employment.htm

• Notification of Intent to Hire Academic Candidate:

• Selection of Student Employee

• POI Authorization for Security Background Check

• Post Employment Information of Veteran Status

• Name Change (Former Employees)

 To avoid delay in processing any of the forms, please use the new forms and links.   OHR will not process any of the old versions of these forms after September 30.  If you have any questions, please call 567-2600.  Thank you.
