OHR 2008-008 - November Work & Family Life Newsletter

The November issue of Work & Family Life contains the usual mix of thoughtful, helpful articles.  One that caught my eye in particular deals with email.  Many of us now use email for much of our communication with one another—it’s quick and easy to just dash off some thought or respond to a query from a co-worker.  But we may not be using email in the best possible way and our messages may not convey our intent.  The article “Do you really want to email that message?” provides tips and techniques to improve our email reputation.
