Informational sessions on Employee Self-Service were held in May and June 2007 for all employees and departmental administrators. In addition, current departmental users of the HRMS system will be required to participate in one of 28 mandatory training classes on the new HCM system. After the July implementation on-going HCM training and assistance from DCATS will be provided. Visit the HCM Training Section for more detailed information on training. For access to the new Employee Self-Service, all newly hired university employees will be automatically provided user accounts for the UTHSCSA network on the first day of employment. Existing university employees who currently do not have UTHSCSA network accounts will receive them at the beginning of July when HCM goes live.
