The project goal is to move from the HRMS 7.5 individual client-based platform to the HCM 8.9 university-wide web-based platform, allowing access to all staff and faculty with domain and email accounts.
The scope of the project is to provide faculty and staff access to efficient, high quality web-based resources.
The upgrade will allow us to
- Minimize use of external consultants
- Utilize more Oracle-delivered functions
- Gain efficiencies with existing HSC Business Processes
