The most valuable resource the Health Science Center has is its employees. The University has a responsibility to deal fairly and equitably with employees and to provide a good work environment. An integral part of that environment is our Performance Review Program, mandated by the UT Board of Regents. It provides a continuing developmental process for improving individual performance and communication between employees and supervisors.
