The Records and Data Management department of the Human Resources office is responsible for the maintenance of employee files and select electronic employee records for UTHSCSA, as well as administration of the Employment Eligibilty (I-9 form) process. This department also collects and enters employee biographical and demographic data, responds to select requests for employment and statistical data, distributes Change in Status and Hire Forms and represents the HRS department on a variety of information-related committees, projects and initiatives.
