Regional Academic Health Center Web page wins award

The home page for the Medical Education Division of the Lower Rio Grande Valley Regional Academic Health Center (RAHC) has captured a national award for Web excellence. The Medical Education Division is operated by The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
The RAHC page won the 2002 Standard of Excellence Award from the Web Marketing Association. The winners were announced Oct. 1 in New York.
Twenty-four third- and fourth-year medical students and eight residents from the Health Science Center are receiving education and training through the RAHC Medical Education Division. More than 1,000 people celebrated the dedication of its new headquarters June 28 in Harlingen. More information about the RAHC is available at http://www.rahc.uthscsa.edu.
