The family medicine residency program will showcase the work that has been accomplished on the Community-Oriented Primary Care (COPC) projects at Community Project Presentation Day from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 23.
The projects address four different health priorities and/or populations in San Antonio. The health priorities are adolescent health (teen health camps and Teen Medical Academy), diabetes awareness and education for middle school students, health promotion and education in an underserved area of southwest San Antonio and parent and child health (prenatal and postnatal).
The presentation day will be in the Foundation Room on the third floor of Building B at the downtown University Health Center, 527 N. Leona St.
