The $10 tickets can be purchased at a booth that will be set up from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 14, in the Pestana Hall by Subway. Unsold tickets may also be turned in at this time.
The menu includes fried catfish or country fried steak with gravy; red beans and rice, coleslaw, dinner rolls, bread pudding with butter brandy sauce and beverages from Coca-Cola. Profits will be donated to the State Employee Charitable Contribution. Last year the Special Events Council raised $650 from the luncheon.
