Ahoy! It’s the giving season in orthodonticsThe orthodontics clinic is aglow with the holiday spirit, thanks to the orthodontics department chair, Dr. John Rugh. On his own time, Dr. Rugh made 42 glass ball ornaments for the clinic’s Christmas tree, and inside the glass balls are photos of the clinic’s faculty, staff, dental assistants and residents.
“Patients are having fun identifying their dental care providers on the tree,” Dr. Rugh said.
The orthodontics clinic, which is on the fourth floor of the dental building, has a decidedly nautical theme. In keeping with the décor, Dr. Rugh also inserted a miniature paper sailing ship into each ornament. The ornaments are certain to be nice keepsakes for the department’s personnel. Thanks, Dr. Rugh!
