The Health Science Center’s travel services office sponsors the Travel Vendor Fair 2005 to showcase local contract vendors’ travel services. Faculty and staff are invited to attend the event that will be held on April 14th, from 1 to 4pm with vendor presentations from 1:30 to 3pm. Attendance incentives will be drawn at the end of the presentations and attendees must be present to win.
The vendors attending are: Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Embassy Suites, La Quinta, Staybridge, Springhill/Residence Inn, Avis, Advantage, Enterprise and Corporate Travel Planners, Inc. Absolutely Delicious will provide refreshments.
In addition to the vendors, the accounting department will also be giving a 15-minute presentation with a Q&A session concerning post-travel issues such as reimbursements and travel documentation.
