The Department of Surgery is pleased to announce the Employee of the Month for March. This program is designed to recognize an individual who demonstrates exceptional behaviors such as dependability, initiative, service beyond that required of the current position, trust-worthiness, congeniality and respect.

Recipient of the award receives a Simon Gift Card, has their picture displayed for a month, and their name permanently displayed on a plaque outside the Surgery main office. Winners of the Employee of the Month Award for the academic year will be eligible for the Employee of the Year Award.

Sue is described as the “glue of the division” and one of the most pleasant people with which to work. She is never irritable or obstructive and has a wonderful “can-do” attitude that is a good example for other employees.
