The 2005 Education Research Methods (ERM) course, sponsored by the Education Research and Development of Academic Informatics Services, presents “Statistical Concepts Related to Research Design,” the seventh workshop in the series.
The workshop, from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 27 in Room 4.484T in the Dental School, will review the relationship among the four levels of measurement, data collection procedures, and appropriate statistical considerations for an educational research project. It will include a discussion of sample size and how to describe a research sample in statistical terms.
The course will be presented by Douglas L. Murphy, Ph.D., associate dean of the School of Allied Health Sciences.
