Surgery department names new employee of the month When Rosanna Bloom, administrative assistant in the department of surgery, arrives at work each weekday morning, she brings a positive attitude to her team. She continues to ask for more tasks and responsibilities, and has a true desire to learn new things. That’s why Bloom was the September recipient of the department of surgery’s Employee of the Month Award.
“Ms. Bloom is the ultimate team player,” says one of her colleagues. “She truly believes that if everyone works together, we will accomplish the division’s goals. Her great attitude carries over to her associates.”
Bloom was recognized with a $100 Simon Gift Card that can be used anywhere VISA is accepted. She was also recognized at the surgery administrative meeting at Oak Hills Country Club.
Other nominees included:
Veronica Hernandez, Ricardo Hernandez, Cheryl Martin and Sylvia Starrette.
Congratulations to each hard-working employee.
