Wanted: Judges for Junior Academy of Science! For more than 40 years the Alamo Regional Academy of Science and Engineering has encouraged students from sixth to 12th grades to present their scientific research to the public. But, in order for this to happen, judges are needed for the annual Junior Academy of Science and the Alamo Regional Science Fair; and Health Science Center employees may find that participating in judging can be very rewarding.
The Junior Academy will be held Feb. 11 at The University of Texas at San Antonio, and breakfast and lunch will be served. Registration runs from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. and a briefing takes place at 8:30 a.m.
