The Supremes will ‘keep you hangin’ on’ at local theater productionYou can’t hurry love, but you can hurry to see a classic theater production based on the 60s and 70s mega-group: The Supremes!
Dreamgirls, originally a Broadway show that starred Jennifer Holliday and Audra McDonald, will be performed in the Russell Hill Rogers Theater May 12 – June 18, and health care professionals are invited to attend at a discounted rate. The event is presented by the San Pedro Playhouse.
A special discount of $5 off of the $20 regular adult fee is offered to health care professionals and friends. To receive the discount, call (210) 733-7258 and mention that you are a health care professional. When you pick up your tickets, be prepared to show your health care ID or some other verification.
Before each show, you’re invited to stop and show off your supreme voice during a special karaoke session!
Next Town Hall meeting is May 1Mark you calendar! The office of the vice president for research will host its next town hall meeting from 4 to 5 p.m., Monday May 1, in Room 309L of the Medical School building.
It will include a presentation about Laboratory Animal Resources: “Overview of Operations, Renovations and Rate Increases.”
This meeting will be of interest to a wide variety of people.
A question and answer session will follow.
