The purchasing department is pleased to announce the Employee of the Year for 2005: Reid Henry, Procurement Card coordinator. He was selected based on his ability to provide excellent customer service, his contribution to the office, effective teamwork, and professional and personal development.
“Reid has a lot of energy and maintains a positive attitude all the time,” his colleagues say. “He is a pleasure to work with and is very deserving of this honor!”
Henry has worked for the Health Science Center’s purchasing department for almost two years. He began as a buyer III and was promoted to his current position in January 2005. His picture will be displayed in the purchasing office (now located at Med Centre Plaza) for the remainder of the calendar year and his name will be added to the Employee of the Year plaque displayed also in the purchasing office.
