Jonathan Goochey, administrative assistant in surgery, was recently named Surgery’s Employee of the Month.
Colleagues say Jonathan displays behavior aligned with the mission and values of the department. He is a team player who consistently strives toward excellence in his own work, and helps the team to achieve its goals by taking on special projects.
“Just recently, we were pressed to meet a deadline for a grant,” a colleague said. “Jonathan stepped in without hesitation and assisted in every aspect of the grant.”
Jonathan always demonstrates a positive attitude as he works hard to train new co-workers in the division, and serves as a role model by leading by example.
Jonathan is a quality and unique employee. He is also a kind and thoughtful person – an asset to the Health Science Center.
