The objective of the “ABC’s of Gen XYZ” course was to provide health professions educators with tools and processes for managing the performance and development of different generational learners. Topics covered in the course include generational differences, adult learning principles, purpose of evaluation, feedback and shaping behavior. The five-course sessions included the use of case-based instruction to guide participants through the discussion of the generational issues.
