Condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of 2005 Health Science Center graduate Jeremy Urban, M.D. He died Sept. 14 in a tragic vehicle accident at the age of 28.
Dr. Urban was beginning his second year at the Conroe Medical Education Foundation Family Medicine and Residency Program. Those around him say they could always count on him, and that he was more like a brother than a friend.
Dr. Urban will be missed by all.
