Paper pay stubs will soon be a thing of the past. When the new online Employee Self Service (ESS) program begins July 5, employees will be able to go online at any time to print their own earnings statements, update their personal information and view their current benefits information.
For a sneak preview of Employee Self Service, attend one of the seminars beginning at 9:30 a.m. on June 5, 11 or 20 in Lecture Hall 1.284T in the Dental School. No registration is required.
ESS is only one of the technological advances the Human Capital Management (HCM) Upgrade team will introduce to the campus in July. For more than a year, Health Science Center staff members have been working to improve and streamline many business processes, upgrading the current HRMS 7.5 system to the new HCM 8.9 system.
