UT Health Science Center faculty, students to
give hands-on demos

WHAT:
The School of Health Professions at the UT Health Science Center San Antonio is hosting “Exploring Your Future as an Allied Health Professional” this Friday in Laredo. The informational event is for Laredo high school counselors and students who want to understand more about what it takes to become an allied health professional.

Students will learn about degrees and careers from the departments of Emergency Health Sciences, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies and Respiratory Care.

WHEN:
Noon to 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 19

WHERE:
D.D. Hachar Auditorium, Regional Campus in Laredo, 1937 E. Bustamante

WHO:
School of Health Professions’ faculty and current students will offer presentations, hands-on demonstrations and activities.
