Neuroscience Aging Research - Lab Benches

Laboratory Benches within the Neuroscience Research Laboratories are comprised of state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The Lab Benches are situated within the Neuroscience Research Labs, which can accommodate a principal investigator(s) and up to eight research staff members. The labs feature an open design and ultra-modern research environment that stimulates progress and promotes superior communication and interaction among investigators.

The violet area in the image below highlights the Lab Benches within the Neuroscience Research Laboratories in the South Texas Research Facility (STRF).

• Square footage of an individual Neuroscience Research Laboratory – approximately 1400 square feet
• Number of Lab Benches within a Neuroscience Research Laboratory – 12

Naming opportunities:

• Naming opportunities are available at many different levels of support, and include the opportunity to name a Neuroscience Research Laboratory, a Flex Core module, individual Laboratory Benches and specialized Research Equipment.
• Additional naming opportunities are available for Endowments to provide direct support for the research of our scientists.
