Microbiology & Immunology | Events | Mikiten

Each spring, the Graduate Student Association sponsors the Annual Terry M. Mikiten Graduate Student Research Forum and Distinguished Lecture. The event is held at the UTHSCSA campus, beginning with a student research poster and judging session, and concluded with a distinguished lecturer presentation. The lecture is made possible through the Dr. Terry Mikiten Endowment for Excellence in Graduate Education. which was established in 2008 as a lasting tribute by his family, friends, and former colleagues to the 33 year contribution that Dr. Mikiten made to graduate education.
