April 2003 William Dodge, D.D.S., has been named vice dean of the Dental School. Dr. Dodge is the former associate dean for patient care and has been with the Health Science Center for the past 25 years. As vice dean, Dr. Dodge is responsible for all patient care activities of the Dental School. He also will coordinate space and facility decisions for the school and oversee the Dental School’s planning and assessment activities. "My goals are to assist with the continued achievement of the Dental School’s mission, to do all I can to maintain the leading edge of our reputation as one of the No. 1 dental schools in the country and to find new ways to solve problems in contemporary education," Dr. Dodge said.
