A healthy childhood

Health Science Center researchers and physicians are
giving children with cancer a better chance of living
a healthy childhood and joining the growing ranks of
the disease's long-term survivors. As Steven D.
Weitman, MD, PhD, assistant professor of pediatrics,
said, "Our approach is unique, and you can't find it
at any other institution."
