Mary Ann Matteson, PhD, RN
Mary Ann Matteson, PhD, RN, Thelma and Joe Crow Endowed Professor in the department of chronic nursing care, received The Shannon Award from the National Institute of Nursing Research, a component campus of the National Institutes of Health. She is studying the cognitive stages of patients with Alzheimer’s disease. The award is for two years at $50,000 per year.
