Step-by-Step Web Site

In order to create a Web site, a service request must be submitted to Multimedia and Web Services. If you are a new customer, an estimate should first be requested. Once you have established that we will create a Web site for you, the following steps apply:

1. Please submit a signed "Authorization Form."

2. Then, select a person from your organization to assume the responsibility for the content and Web site development.

3. Next, schedule a meeting with our Web-site project manager to discuss your needs, cost analysis and outline a site map.

4. After Step 3 is completed, our designers will create a presentation design for your approval and enter our process called "Meet the Designer."

5. Then we will discuss your Web site's content, compare it to the outlined site map, and help you to collate the information for your Web site.

6. Finally, after your Web site is completed and approved, you will need to sign and submit the Web site Service Agreement*, giving us authorization to manage and host your Web site.
