Letterhead with List

Letterhead must carry the university logo centered at the top. The logo is 4 inches long (width) by 11/16 inch high. Customized logos may not be used on the letterhead. The Health Science Center institutional logo is used on all letterhead with the exception of letterhead for clinical faculty within the practice plans of UT Medicine San Antonio, CTRC and UT Kids.

 

The full-color logo should be used on all university letterhead. When full-color is not available, it is acceptable to use black for the entire university logo.

 

Clinics, divisions, individual names, titles, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc. may be listed on the
left-hand side of the letterhead. The listing header is typically typeset in 10 point Whitney Light. Names typically are typeset in 8 point Whitney Medium followed by titles, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. typeset in 7 point Whitney Book.

 

The name of the school, department, center, etc. is centered at the bottom. The type is set in 10 point Whitney Medium SC. The mail code, address, phone number, etc. is typeset in 10 point Whitney Light.

 

The university’s website, uthscsa.edu, must appear on all letterhead. Websites of individual units may be included on letterhead in addition to the university’s website.

 

The paper stock for letterhead is white with a smooth finish.

 

Letterhead may only be ordered from UT Print to ensure the correct format, color and stock is used.

Printing letterhead at your desktop

To print letterhead on a desktop printer, follow the same setup used for offset printed letterhead. The font Arial may be used as a substitute for Whitney.
