Annual UTHSC Picnic hailed as success
An estimated 1,500 faculty, staff and students attended the third annual UTHSC Picnic held July 2 on campus. Special events council picnic coordinators reported that attendance at this year's event far exceeded their expectations. Attendees enjoyed delicious foods as they relaxed on the courtyard lawn and listened to tunes provided by Masquerade Disc Jockey Services. More than 50 cakes were awarded to winners of the cake walk and more than 50 prizes were awarded from the registration table. Special thanks to the UTHSC family for making this event a success! The special events council would like to thank the following special guests, donors and volunteers for their participation.
