House Staff Council elects new officers

The House Staff Council has elected new officers. They are:

President — Dr. Farrokh Farrokhi, neurosurgery

Vice president — Dr. Frederic Wile, anesthesiology

Secretary — Dr. Antoine Jones, physical medicine and rehabilitation

Treasurer — Dr. Shakeeb Chinoy, radiology

The House Staff Council is a representative organization that serves Health Science Center residents. Its mission is to improve patient care and graduate medical education by facilitating communication between the residents, university, area hospitals and the community.
